DMA has a dynamic,performance-driven work culturethat embodies the entrepreneurial spirit. teamwork,collaboration, and an unwavering standard of ethics.DMA Industries LLC is hiring for an Experienced Class A CDL Driver to transport materials and products locally between its distribution centers located in the greater Marion SC and Tabor City NC areas. The position offers:
  • Local routes between DMA locations - Allows you to be home every night.
  • Consistent 40 hour a week schedule - 1st shift M-F 8:00 AM - 430 PM
  • Competitive hourly wage - We pay an hourly rate not (cpm) cents per mile. Your take home pay is consistent week to week.

RequirementsQualification:
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL.
  • Experience driving a tandem axle semi-truck pulling a 53' dry van trailer and/or a 48' flatbed trailer
  • Experience backing in and out of dock bay loading docks and dropping/disconnecting from trailer and connecting on to a separate trailer.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 2 full years driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military driving experience.
  • A satisfactory motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
During a normal workday you can expect to:
  • Transport materials and products between DMA locations
  • Secure and inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure.
  • Couple or uncouple trailers by changing trailer jack positions, connecting or disconnecting air or electrical lines, or manipulating fifth-wheel locks.
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions and checking that vehicle and loading equipment is properly positioned.
  • Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary.
  • Use company provided lap top or tablet to collect and verify products and delivery instructions
