Engineering Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Supervision of the inside sales team, including service and repair department
- Team's response to customer inquiries regarding products and services
- Team's quotes and execution to meet customer contracts
- Support outside sales team
- Profit and loss of the facility
- ERP System Team Leader
Qualifications of the
Engineering Customer Service Manager include, but are not limited to:
- BS Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
- 3 years of experience working with industrial rotating equipment
- 2 years of management experience required
- Strong people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-motivated team player
- Effective and proven leader

Additional Information: Working Conditions: Office Administration environment
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Travel: Minimal travel for training or yearly corporate meetings
