- Minimum 21 years old
- Valid CDL Class License with no more than 6 points.
- Current Medical Certification Card
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
- List ALL previous employers for past 10 years
- Pass a pre-employment heavy demand physical
- Pass a road test
- Willing to work nights / some weekends
