Manual packing requirements will vary by shift based on demand; therefore, a Cell Packer may not always rotate through all/any manual packing cells.Your responsibilities will includeAdd or attach components to base units according to the Bill of Materials. Components may include cords, plumbing items, trim shells, grommets, packing components, etc.Ensure all components are located properly in the carton to ensure proper closureOperators are expected to rotate through various positions throughout each processPlace finished units onto a skid in a prescribed patternSupport stocking needs as requiredUse bill of materials to ensure product conformityManage the loading and unloading of base units at each add and remove stationConduct rework as requiredMinimum requirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
