Position: Cellular Therapy Clinical Quality Coordinator Location: Gainesville, FL Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Cellular Therapy Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team in Gainesville, FL. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in cellular therapy programs, including CAR-T cell therapy and other advanced cellular treatments. This role involves overseeing clinical quality assurance processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement programs for cellular therapy services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies related to cellular therapy.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical practices, patient records, and treatment processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality improvement initiatives, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze clinical data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing patient care and safety.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports related to quality assurance activities and compliance.
- Serve as a liaison between the cellular therapy program and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of compliance-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant certification in clinical quality or healthcare management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical quality management, with a focus on cellular therapy or oncology preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for cellular therapy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and quality management systems.
