One call.Responsibilities:The responsibilities include importing data files; training new and existing clients to use CensusPro; maintaining census customer service; assisting the Conversion department with new plans; contributing as an active member of the Trade Team; and other duties.Import data files by creating maps and posting for processingProvide client set up, training, and customer service on propriety software, CensusProAssist Clients and their vendors to prepare files per specificationsContribute as an active member of the Trade TeamActively work with the Conversion, Document, and Consulting Departments to ensure plans are set up appropriatelyInitiate and maintain communication with the client throughout the conversion process, training, importing files, and creating maps with CensusProProvide ongoing Customer ServiceMaintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.Qualifications:Minimum Two-Year Degree in Accounting or BusinessWell-developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to be highly organized and show attention to detailAbility to prioritize work assignments and multi taskDisplay an intermediate level competency with Microsoft Work and Excel, as well as personal computer skillsMinimum of 2 years Accounting, Payroll or applicable offer experienceAll applicants must be 18 years of age or olderMin: USD $18.25/Yr. Max: USD $24.71/Yr. Other Job Information:Hours: 40 Hours Per Week - Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PMCompensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
