Kidbridge is hiring for a full-time Director! We offer a fun flexible working environment and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is DII Certified, and has had a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director in a center of 12+ employees. We are looking forward to hearing from you, and would love to have you join our team!The Director plays a key role in creating and refining the center's culture by supporting teachers in the development of an innovative, hands-on curriculum designed for the children in your care and building an environment where the children, families, and staff thrive. The ability to lead by example is an important aspect of this position. The ability to work a flexible schedule over the course of five (5) days is required.The Director is in charge of the daily operations of our Center. They will oversee enrollment, teacher retention, events, daily operations, supply ordering, and cleanliness of the center.As Director, you have the responsibility to ensure that the center is operating safely, efficiently, successfully, and profitably. Your staff and teachers should all be satisfied customers that are impressed by our efforts to excel in all aspects of our operation. Your job description encompasses all aspects pertaining to successful daily, monthly, and yearly operation.You are the leader and chief problem solver at your center. If you see a problem, fix it. If you can't fix it, ask your administration team to help you find a solution. Keep daily journals for notes that you would like to discuss at weekly meetings.What You'll Need to Succeed: EEC Director II Certification, active maintenance of annual continuing education requirements, current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and updated State Registry required.A complete mastery of licensure regulations; including the ability to prepare for all licensing visits, communicate with licensor and adapt to licensing changes.Minimum of one year in an administrative position in an early childhood education setting.A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or other degree with relevant experience or training.What You'll Do: Oversee all center operations ensuring that they follow state regulations and Kidbridge Learning Center's mission, goals, and handbooks. Provide excellent customer service exceeding customer expectations.Guide our teaching team to excellence.Engage in active listening with staff in order to build relationships, understand individual's goals and interests, take the initiative to assist in the achievement of those goals and create a cohesive team effort with cooperative relationships.Ensure implementation of a developmental and multicultural curriculum fostering a progression of skills and social development in all children. Review each classroom's daily program schedule to ensure that they reflect progression of skill development between classrooms. Monitor implementation of the curriculum as planned. Help guide staff in assessing growth and recording weekly growth as observations in Teacher Strategies Gold.#J-18808-Ljbffr
