Brain Balance Achievement Center seeks a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a heart for helping children who struggle. Our unique Brain Balance program deals directly with children and adults who have disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Asperger's, ODD, Dyslexia and Processing Disorders. We are looking for applicants who have had at least 5 years of experience leading staff. The Center Director will manage, schedule and train staff. They will go over initial test results of clients with families and guide them through the enrollment process. The Center Director will contact all interested clients to explain our program and set up consultations, tours and assessments. The Center Director will help to maintain a positive work culture and meet regularly with staff to set goals, foster communication and bring a solution-based mindset to any issues that arise. The Center Director is responsible for the overall flow and function of the center. Applicants should be organized, efficient and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will need to maintain positive relations with staff, families, and clients. We are looking for a person who is able to maintain a professional demeanor no matter what the day brings.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (psychology, education, early childhood development, kinesiology, occupational therapy, BCBA)
