We have several openings for Center Floaters.What will your day look like?Educating through play in inclusive child care facilities.Having fun in nature with children.Enjoying low ratios & two teachers in every classroom.Thriving with a supportive work family.Being a part of a trauma informed and resilient community.RequirementsEDUCATION/TRAINING:Minimum: Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or state awarded certificate that meets or exceeds a CDA.Preferred: Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.EXPERIENCE:One year of teaching experience within a NC licensed 5-star child care facility/program. Early Head Start/Head Start/NC Pre-K experience preferred.
