ResponsibilitiesPrimary position for telephone screening of presurgical patients for review and collection of medical history for day of surgery preparation. Will work closely with surgeons¿ office and must demonstrate interpersonal skills and clinical competency. Cross-cover for the clinic on an as needed basis may be required. Three years of experience with strong triaging skills and basic computer skills required. Perioperative experience a plus.QualificationsRequires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience.
