Plans, organizes and implements daily activity programs according to established policies and procedures. Oversees preparation of food kitchen for operational readiness according to established safety and sanitation procedures. # Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate#s degree in Human Services, Communications Management, Social Welfare, Public Relations or a related field preferred. # Experience: A minimum of two (2) years# experience in related positions normally required. # ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills. # Compensation and Benefits: Diakon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for Full-Time and Part-Time employees.
