Proud Moments ABA seeks a motivated Center Manager to manage daily operations and plan the growth of our brand-new Ellicott City, MD location. This pivotal role is responsible for partnering with senior clinical staff, measuring productivity, monitoring financials, and implementing initiatives to improve performance and ensure program quality.
Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.
Responsibilities:As a Center Manager at Proud Moments ABA, you'll be challenged to realize your leadership potential:
Ensure safety in the center
Maintain Staff Schedules within Central Reach
Help to maintain room scheduling
Ensure proper inventory maintenance
Oversee Pickup and Drop off of center
Assist with gathering of materials to be sent home each day
Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
