The responsibilities of the Supervisor include communicating with parents, the community, and supervision and monitoring of all Head Start staff working at the assigned center(s). As a minimum requirement, applicant must be 21 years or older, have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related with a minimum of 15 ECE credits with at least two years of experience working with young children and preschoolers in an early childhood setting or a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field and completed 2 years experience primarily with preschoolers. One year supervisory preferred. Some experience in financial management and budgeting preferred. Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.Some experience in financial management and budgeting preferred.
