Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Central Leasing to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing leasing for our newly built luxury and stabilized communities, boosting performance and ensuring compliance with initiatives and investor requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing, lease ups, customer service, talent development, and have proven experience in the lease-up phase of residential and multifamily properties.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of leasing professionals to achieve designated occupancy and income goals.

Develop programs and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.

Travel to communities to motivate team members and oversee leasing programs.

Monitor and report leasing performance and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company initiatives, policies, and investor requirements.

Perform market research and analysis to maintain competitiveness.

Utilize various software & systems to manage leasing activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports.

Reinforce Fair Housing best practices

In-office position based in Dallas when not traveling

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in lease-up and stabilizing luxury residential properties.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to travel 40% of the time.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to build positive connections with colleagues and maintain professional relationships.

Strong ability to work within a team setting, inclusive of other's ideas, and a willingness to cooperate & collaborate to solve complex problems.

Proficient with property management and Microsoft applications, including Excel.

Undergraduate degree, preferably in a related field (Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.)

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable leasing management experience.
