he CDA is responsible for reviewing electronic mail (mostly from insurance companies) and Indexing - identifying the insurance company, the patient EPIC account number, the category the correspondence belongs to, and requires timely identifying the data and ensuring the correspondence is attached to the correct patient. Training will be done onsite. The resource must reach a 70% productivity level to gain work from home privileges. The estimated timeframe to reach this level is three weeks.
