What you would be doing: As a Central Intake Coordinator, you work to process, review, and admit referrals from the hospitals to the facilities, bridging the gap between our referral sources, external marketing teams, and internal clinical teams to assure census and case mix goals are achieved. You would What your work schedule would be: You would work typically work during business hours Monday through Friday with flexibility to work nontraditional hours. The successful candidate:
- Experience with the pre-admission process including referral, Insurance verification and authorization, to arranging admission is preferred.
- Preferably has experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
