OVERVIEWThe Bridge Church is a multisite church in Middle Tennessee that exists to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world. We are located in a growing community with a passion to reach our cities with the gospel. This desire has created the need for a Project Manager to continue to improve our processes and executions of projects as a staff and church.ROLE SUMMARYThe Project Manager will manage the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This involves planning, awareness of budgets, and team leadership to ensure that projects are completed on time and with excellent quality. Having the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage lots of projects at once, and make informed decisions will be crucial in this role. The Project Manager will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and be aware of 1%'s to learn and gain insights for future improvements.QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to juggle several projects, of varying degree, at any given time

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the project management and execution of all Central church-wide events (Christmas Services, Easter Services, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and other special events)
  • Own Project Update spreadsheet and project manage timelines and progress of completion
  • Own Save Nothing For Sunday spreadsheet and track readiness for Sunday services
  • Function as point-person for creative requests and manage the Creative Request Form and process
  • Act as liaison with external print vendors and coordinate print material pick up
  • Print in-house materials as needed
  • Work closely with the Video Team to coordinate shoot timelines, videography resources, talent, reserve location, and help with on-set logistics as needed (set up, interview time, being on-site for filming; Available to help with content creation for questions/briefs)
  • Manage the feedback process for all video projects, ensuring the team has adequate time for editing and producing final drafts
  • Oversee Sunday photo booth needs as needed and secure volunteers
  • Assist Connections Director in managing The Bridge swag and resource area, responsible for working with outside vendors for Merch orders and restock
SCHEDULE: Sunday - Thursday | HOURS: 40 (must be available for special events & meetings, etc as needed)COMPENSATION: TBD | STAFF LEVEL:Manager; Reports to the Communications & Marketing Director
