The role youll contribute:
Plans, supervises, and is responsible for each shifts assigned workload. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of daily management of the implant program, and work as a backup.
The value youll bring to the team:
Plans, supervises, and coordinates the daily activities of each shift.
Coordinates the requisitioning, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, instruments, and equipment.
Plans and supervises orientation and performance improvement of staff members.
Supervises in the management implant inventory.
Assists the manager in administration of operational expenses.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :
High School diploma or equivalent upon hire
Five (5) years experience as Central Sterile Processing Technician upon hire
Two years experience in a lead capacity upon hire
Experience in all areas of central supply upon hire
Current Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certificate upon hire
