What We're Doing. At Lockheed Martin Operations and Facilities, we are committed to maintaining the functionality and performance of the Owego Central Utility Plant (CUP) and other key facilities systems. Our focus is to ensure the efficient and consistent operation of all systems critical to our manufacturing and operational processes. By maintaining the CUP and supporting systems, we guarantee that the Owego site runs at optimal performance levels, providing necessary utilities such as light, heat, and power to our industrial processes. The Work. As a Central Utility Plant Technician, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of mechanical systems. This includes refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, chillers, air compressors, electric motors, diesel generators, pumps, heaters, and boilers.
