About the Role of CEO
The President & CEO, under the general policy guidance and broad administrative direction of the Board of Directors, has the primary leadership authority and responsibility to ensure the smooth functioning and operation of Silver Maples.
The primary role of the CEO is to ensure the ongoing success of Silver Maples, maintaining its excellent culture, staff, and general operations. This is accomplished through ensuring that the strategic plan of Silver Maples is appropriately implemented; the finances of the organization are appropriately managed at all times in a professional manner; Silver Maples' team members are regarded as a vitally important resource to be treated with respect and dignity and whose competence and value are enhanced; residents are engaged and appreciate the lifestyle and services provided, and that the President & CEO represents Silver Maples favorably in the Chelsea community.
The President & CEO reports to and is directly accountable to the Board of Directors, serving as the liaison between the Board and the leadership team.
