Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Site Deployment Lead. A successful candidate will have experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and have experience with Cerner software and/or the legacy VA system, VistA. They will have assisted the delivery of complex Information Technology related projects, be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies, and have experience in communicating with a diverse set of stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
The position will facilitate the assessment, alignment, and optimization of clinical/functional areas to meet deployment requirements. It will act as the on-site lead working directly with local VA medical center leads (Service Lines, VHA, VISN, BioMed, and others). Partners / liaise with both VA staff and Cerner team to support project success by aligning clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders across the organization in support of the project.

Key Technical Skills:
Healthcare, EHR Go-live planning, Risk mitigation, Cerner Millennium, Strong communicator (e.g. Service Lines, BioMed, Facilities Management, BioMed, Clinicians), Project Management, previous clinical experience (nursing preferred)
