Graduate of an Accredited Program in Occupational Therapy
Preferred Education associates degree
Required Certifications: COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with Current Ohio License; BLS - Basic Life Support; Valid Ohio Driver's License
Clinical experience in area of concentration; Direct Patient Care
