TITLE: Certified Financial Planner

TYPE: Direct Hire

LOCATION: Bucks County, PA

ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% on site and meeting with clients

START DATE: December 2024

We are looking for a Certified Financial Planner who will be essential in guiding clients through their financial journeys and helping them reach their financial goals. This role combines financial knowledge with strong communication and networking skills, along with a genuine commitment to client success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with our team to design personalized financial plans and strategies that encompass clients' investment, retirement, tax, estate, and risk management objectives.
  • Explore and pursue new avenues for acquiring clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients by understanding their financial aspirations, needs, and risk tolerance.
  • Offer insights on investment opportunities, asset allocation, and portfolio management to enhance clients' financial growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and financial products to provide clients with the most relevant and informed advice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and a CFP® designation.
  • At least 8 years in financial planning or wealth management, with demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and achieving financial targets.
  • Ability to transfer over some of your existing clients.
  • Applicable certifications and licenses, including Series 63, Series 65, or 66.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Extensive experience in client service; adept at managing an ongoing portfolio of clients.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and tools, along with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
