Various shifts available, from 4 - 12 hours mornings & evenings in the Irvine area. As a Caregiver, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set with our free online learning university, and have a flexible schedule. Caregivers must be reliable, dependable, honest, and caring. Caregivers must also be observant enough to recognize changes in their clients, and be capable of alerting the appropriate personnel when necessary.Requirements1. Negative TB test2. Active Home Care Aide Registration3. Vaccinated for COVID 194. reliable transportationPhysical Qualifications1. Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 4-12 hours per day2. Able to lift 20-30 poundsResponsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting clients with personal care (minor to major assistance in bathing, grooming, dressing, minor light housekeeping) in a safe and beneficial manner in accordance with the care plan
- Transport clients as needed on errands, appointments, and social activities (must possess a valid drivers license and have current automobile insurance)
- Must be able to function with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the client
- Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, skilled facility or related experience
- Ability to drive clients
