Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADL's)
  • Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Completion of a State approved CNA or HHA or PCA certification training course
  • Proof of TB test
  • MA driver's license and/or reliable transportation
