Positions Available:
- Hourly Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts including day, evening, and weekend options.
- Live-In Home Health Aide / Personal Care Assistant: Provide continuous care by residing with the client during scheduled shifts, offering consistent support and companionship.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in New York State
- Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain
- Completed drug screen or Habituation Form, or willingness to obtain
- A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others
Key Responsibilities:
- For Hourly Positions: Provide care and assistance based on your scheduled shifts, including personal care tasks, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- For Live-In Positions: Reside with the client during scheduled shifts, providing round-the-clock care, personal assistance, and companionship.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and maintain detailed records of care provided.
- Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or care team.
What We Offer:
- Hourly Positions: Competitive pay of $19.00-$20.00 per hour
