Job Description:
We are looking to add another Medical Assistant or LPN to our Interventional Pain Management practice.Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain specializes in helping people with long-term pain conditions. At their offices in Cumming, Dahlonega, and Dawsonville, Georgia, the highly skilled team provides a complete approach to chronic pain, using conservative treatments to address the underlying causes.Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain team takes an integrative approach to health care. They combine frontline treatments that are minimally invasive like epidurals, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation to help relieve patients' pain and restore function without surgery. The team uses these interventions with a combination of ultrasound-guided and fluoroscopy-guided steroid and non-steroidal injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), Botox, and trigger point injections to treat patients with severe and disabling pain.In addition to treating chronic pain, Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain also provides evaluation and treatment for patients claiming workers' compensation. Qualified candidates need to have an endlessly positive attitude and be detail oriented. Computer savvy and technology friendly is a must.Primary responsibilities include: - Rooming patients - Managing patient flow/triage - Assisting providers with exams and surgical procedures -Documentation in EHR - Assessing and responding to prescription refill requests - Preparing exam rooms for office visits and surgical procedures - Scheduling appointments and addressing patient phone calls appropriately - Providing patient education and post-operative care instructions - Maintaining a professional attitude and attire at all times - Bilingual a plus.Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to satellite officesWork Location: Multiple LocationsJob Type: Full-timeExperience:
