Job Description:

This role is ideal for a patient-facing medical assistant who will work closely with patients to administer injections and educate them on injection technique and medical necessity. The opportunity to be part of a top-notch team in a reputable organization makes this position highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient education of need for injections and injection technique
• Will work with clinical team to ensure high quality patient care
• Will ensure patients are authorized for their visits

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified or registered medical assistant.
• Experience in rheumatology or endocrinology is preferred.
• Familiarity with NextGen EMR system is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
