Certified Medical Assistant - with 2 years experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care
- Greet patients and provide them with necessary forms and instructions.
- Obtain and record vital signs
- Prepare patients for examination by performing basic medical procedures as instructed by the physician
- Assist in performing minor medical procedure
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Process insurance verifications, billing, and coding for patient visits.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Ensure that medical charts and documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
