Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Certified Medical Assistant at Appalachian Wellness Primary Care, LLC in Campton, KY. The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care, performing various clinical and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the healthcare facility.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assisting program or relevant certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient information
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred
