We are looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant to work with our team delivering quality care and exceptional service to our patients. This individual MUST have a least 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Excellent salary up to $25.00/hourly based on experience.Clinical Responsibilities for Certified Medical Assistant:* Greet, assess, and interview patients* Obtain vital signs (BP, pulse, resp, temp, O2 sat, height, weight)* Prepare and assist patients for examination, treatment, or procedure by* provider* Monitoring of patient during examination, or procedure* Maintain patient care areas, clean exam rooms, and patient confidentiality* Respond to patients concerns in person or by telephone* Perform a variety of POC testing* Administrative Responsibilities for Medical Assistant:* Registering new patients* Scheduling appointments* Documenting and routing telephone messages/emails to appropriate* parties* Reception- check in/check out process* Answering incoming callQualifications for Certified Medical Assistant:* Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology* Valid and current Medical Assistant Certification* Phlebotomy certification (Preferred)* Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant Experience* Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience* Excellent customer service skills* Ability to interface with patients and family members/friends with variety of personalities involving a variety of situations* Must be comfortable working with all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Experience with electronic medical record (EMR)* Tech savvy with the knowledge of various medical technologies and equipment associated with healthcare* English/Spanish or English/Portuguese (Preferred but not required)Benefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule :* Monday to FridayWork setting:* In-person* Private practiceExperience:* Medical Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Natick, MA 01760 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Natick, MA 01760: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
