Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking CNA for assignments in Weston, West Virginia area. The ideal CNA candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of West Virginia with at least 2 year of long-term care experience.
CNA Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administers care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the delivery and evaluation of patient care
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients according to facility guidelines
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision
- Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor

CNA Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid license/certification in the state of West Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certificate
- Physically able to perform duties
Requirements:
- Current CNA WV license
- WV cares- Two eligibility letters and the final registry results
- 10 Panel Drug Screen/Alcohol screen
- Physical Exam/Physician Statement
- CPR (American Heart Association- BLS Preferred) First Aide Certificate
- Vaccinations- documentation with lot #, expiration date, etc. (Flu or declination ( a mask must be warn at all times if they decline) HEP B or declination, TDAP, TD, 2-step PPD, blood test, or a chest x-ray, MMR and Varicella.
