Building Name: AHMC - The Alice Center Location Address: 45 6th Street, Malone New York Regular Department: AHMC - Alice Center Nursing Full Time Standard Hours: 40 Biweekly Scheduled Hours: 80 Shift: Day-8Hr Primary Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Weekend Needs: Every Other Recruiter: Kara Marszalkowski Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Day Shift (Full-Time) Schedule: Full-time (80 hours per pay period), 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., with every other weekend. Position Overview: Join our Skilled Nursing Facility team as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and provide compassionate, resident-centered care. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure care is delivered safely and effectively, under the guidance of an RN or LPN. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents' independence and dignity while minimizing the effects of disabilities.
  • Deliver assigned care promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with adult and geriatric residents and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training: Completion of a state-approved 100-hour Nurse Aide course (required if hired after 1986).
  • Experience: Previous CNA experience preferred but not required.
