NTSOC is looking for a compassionate CNA to provide high quality care for our pediatric and adult clients to improve their quality of life at home.Job Type: Full Time/Part Time and HourlyCompensation: $17 - $22 dependent upon experienceBenefits for Full Time Employment: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, HSA, PTO/Sick Time, 403b with Company Match, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short/Long Term Disability.Essential Functions:* Provides direct care to selected clients as assigned by nursing leadership.* Provides skilled assistance with activities of daily living, i.e., bathing, combing hair, oral hygiene, dressing, etc.* Provides care in accordance with the client's plan of care and tasks assigned by RN.* Implements the client's plan of care in compliance with agency and governmental regulations.* Provides simple exercises, transfers, and assists with therapy programs when instructed.* Responsible for documentation of all care provided within 24 hours of the visit utilizing electronic health record software.* Reports immediately to supervisor or professional staff any changes in the client's condition or any problems in assigned tasks.* Provides emotional support to clients and families.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Home care experience preferred.Licenses/Certifications : Must have a Colorado CNA certificate in good standing (DORA).
