Hiring for day and evening classes in Beaufort, Hampton, and Colleton Counties.Duties and Responsibilities* Establish an environment conducive to learning.* Maintain and submit attendance and grades to the AHPA in a timely manner.* Provide and maintain a safe learning environment and model this behavior to all students.* Accompany students to their clinical experience* Explain processes to students regarding the application process for the SC CNA Exam* Identify at risk students and discuss options with AHPA.* Ensure courses are taught in accordance with the established syllabi.* Notify AHPA of needed supplies/equipment for instruction.* Ability to supervise and coordinate hands-on skills training with students.* Other related duties as assigned by the AHPA.Minimum and Additional RequirementsCurrent South Carolina LVN, LPN, or RN License in good standing; Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in Long Term Care.Additional CommentsThe Technical College of the Lowcountry seeks to be the first choice for higher education in South Carolina's Low Country Region.
