• 1 year work experience as CNA minimum requirement
• 1 year experience in each field of work
• Following the scope of practice of which licensed.
• Work under supervision of LPN, RN on duty or any advanced practice RN or Physician
• CPR certification required
• CPI/Crisis prevention required for behavioral health
• Up to date TB skin test or acceptable alternative (t-spot, TB gold, Xray, etc)
• COVID vaccine required at facility discretion
