As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting their well-being and independence. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:•Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.•Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and independence.•Assist with feeding and hydration as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents.•Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.•Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely and comfortably.•Observe residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.•Maintain a clean and orderly environment in resident rooms and common areas.•Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities.•Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being.Requirements:
- Must hold a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state licensing board.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience working as a CNA in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
