*Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description**Location: Clinton, Arkansas**Job Overview*Provides direct and indirect supervision to CNAs under the direction of the Charge Nurse. Assists with CNA's assignments, distributes resident personal supplies, monitors for tardiness, assists with resident complaints, receives absenteeism calls, replaces personnel or rearranges daily schedule to cover sections; assists with CNA meetings; attends resident oriented meetings.*Responsibilities** Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.* Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.* Assist patients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns.* Support behavioral health initiatives by recognizing changes in patient behavior and reporting them appropriately.* Help maintain a clean and organized environment within the clinic or facility.* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to patient care and medical procedures.*Experience** Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.* Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is highly desirable.* Experience working in an ICU or assisted living setting is a plus.* Knowledge of Cerner or other electronic medical record systems is beneficial.* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are essential.Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality care and support.
