Job Summary: Interim HealthCare, a leading provider of home healthcare, hospice and healthcare staffing, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a part-time, hourly position in the franchise industry. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care according to individualized care plans • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse • Administer prescribed medications as instructed by the nurse • Assist with mobility and transfers as needed • Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain CNA certification and improve skills Requirements: • Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA, preferably in SNF/Rehabilitation/Hospital. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Physical ability to perform job duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening EEOC Statement: Interim HealthCare provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics.
