As a CNA you will be asked to provide skilled care services including, but not limited to assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing/showering, bladder/bowel care, dressing/undressing, exercise (range of motion), feedingassistance and choking precautions, hair care, nail care, mouth care, skincare, positioning, safety/fall precautions, ambulation, and transfers usingGait Belt.PREMIUM BENEFITS* With PASCO, employees can work with multiple clients to build out a full-time schedule* Part-time employees eligible for 401K and PTO* Benefits for those working 30+ hours per week include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO Accrual, 50K Life Insurance, Short Term/Long term Disability, 401kPOSITION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:* Current and unencumbered CNA (Certified Nursing Assistance) licensure in Colorado (DORA to certify)* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance* Prior home health experience (highly preferred)* Working knowledge and experience of working within the disabled community.* Assist client with activities of daily living:* bathing/showering (requires greater than minimal assist)* toileting (bladder/bowel care)* Dressing/Undressing* Feeding assistance* Hygiene including hair care (shampoo/conditioner, dry, style, comb), mouth care (brush teeth, floss), nail care, skin care (apply lotion)* Transfers (using Gait Belt or Stand & Pivot)* Safety and Fall PrecautionsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.* Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.* Mobility to bend, stoop, kneel, twist at hips assist with transfers.* Visual and auditory acuity to assess clients needs and respond promptly.* Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal care.COMPENSATION: $21.41 per hourSCHEDULE & LOCATION: Every day for 6am-8am morning visit, 3:30pm-5:30pm afternoon visit, and 6pm-8pm evening visit at the client's home in Littleton, CO 80128. 42 hours/week.JOB TYPE: Full-timeJOB ID: #97671PASCO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
