As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, providing exceptional care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team.Available Shifts* Night Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 6 PM - 6 AM* Day Shift: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other weekend, 6 AM - 6 PM* PRN: Flexible availability for all shiftsCNA Responsibilities* Provide attentive care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic support, neuro and dementia care, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and more.* Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of each resident.* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while following the established Care Plan.* Encourage residents to participate in daily activities according to their Care Plans.* Collaborate effectively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support care initiatives.* Foster respectful and supportive interactions with residents, families, and fellow staff members.* Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve Care Plan objectives.Qualifications* High school diploma or GED preferred.* Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, obtained through a state-approved training program.* Must be at least 18 years old.* Ability to provide documentation of CNA certification upon application.Work Environment* Long-term care facility* Nursing home setting* In-person positionJoin our dedicated team at Cathedral Health Care Center, where you can enjoy a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.Apply today and become a valued member of our compassionate care team at Cathedral Health Care Center!INDCATHCNA
