Every day will be a chance for you to make a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.Key Responsibilities:Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity and comfort.Health Monitoring: Record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the healthcare team to ensure proper care.Communication: Effectively document care details and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered support with kindness and respect.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with state requirements and best practices, ensuring the highest level of care.What You Bring to the Team:Certification: Current CNA license through a state-approved nursing program.Experience: At least 2 years of recent experience in a healthcare setting, ready to apply your skills to help those in need.Flexibility: Availability to work up to 12-hour shifts, including both day and night options.Certifications: Current CPR, TB (2-Step, Quantiferon, or CXR), and other state-required health screenings.Physical Stamina: Ability to assist with patient transfers, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.Diverse and Rewarding Work EnvironmentsWorking with ATC Healthcare Las Vegas offers the chance to gain valuable experience across various healthcare facilities.
