You will support residents with their daily living activities, focusing on those with chronic and stable conditions.Requirements:C.NA Certificate in the State of ConnecticutHS Diploma or equivalentHome health care experience preferred** This role involves lifting, carrying, and assisting with residents up to 250 pounds, standing or walking for most of an eight-hour shift, and performing tasks requiring hand-eye coordination. It also requires wearing protective equipment, distinguishing sounds, reaching or bending for items, reading small print, and maintaining clear communication.
