Through our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), we provide comprehensive services tailored to meet each participant's unique needs. With a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, we offer primary care, social services, rehabilitation, and in-home support to promote safe and active community living.Role OverviewAs a CNA at LIFE Pittsburgh, you will provide compassionate care to our participants, ensuring their safety, independence, and well-being.
