We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to advance their career in Dayton, WA!Are you looking to further your career as a CNA? CCHS has started a Medical Assistant-Registered training program! We are looking to hire a CNA who is willing to learn and grow, and commit their time to our community and patients.Our Family Practice Clinics provide exceptional and experienced care by our Medical and Dental providers and is a one-stop solution for all family health needs. Our 3 locations in Dayton, Waitsburg, and College Place includes a friendly staff of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical and Dental Assistants who ensure comfort throughout patient visits. The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Our integrated approach to healthcare is what sets us apart as we offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care. We work together to personalize patient treatments and puts the patient at the center of our care.Compensation and Benefits:Compensation: $19.23 - $25.50 per hour, based on years of experience, education, and licensing$3,000 Sign-On Bonus included!Full-Time, 40 hours/weekSchedule: Monday - Fridays, 7:45am - 4:45pm (1-hour lunch)Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time AccrualsAs a Certified Nursing Assistant, training to become a Registered Medical Assistant with Columbia County Health System, you will work closely with providers, front-office staff, and patients. You will have the opportunity to form connections with your patients, actively listening to their needs, health goals, and any determinants to their health. You will be responsible for rooming patients, obtaining vitals, making and receiving patient phone calls, providing patient health education, and supporting the provider team. The team you work with has a deep passion for their community they serve, focusing on teamwork and communication to get the job done.A great candidate for this position will be one with an active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license, and at least 1-year of healthcare experience. This candidate will be working in a CNA capacity in our Outpatient Family Clinic, all while our team will provide direct, in-house training to become a Registered Medical Assistant with CCHS. Training is provided during work hours and is paid.At the base of the Blue Mountains, this community is perfect for those looking for outdoor recreation and rural living while having quick access to the enjoyment of Walla Walla and its active festivities.
