Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a long term and short term facility located in a lush and tranquil setting in Media, PA. Here at Sterling we provide exemplary on-site services including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike long term care environment, managed under the expert direction of the director of nursing and medical team.

Key Responsibilities for CNAs:

To provide care for the residents such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed.

To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident

To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

Qualifications:

Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); preferably in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred; but not required

Ability to build rapport with our residents

Compassionate and caring demeanor
