Posting DetailsPosition Information Position Title Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor, Torrington Job Description Position: Faculty position, tenure-track, 9-month annual renewing contract, benefitted, FLSA exempt, located at the Torrington campus. College pays up to $1,000 for relocation expenses. Job Summary:The CNA Instructor is a full-time, benefitted, tenure-track, faculty categorized position located at the Torrington Campus. The CNA Instructor must use multiple learning methods in the classroom to maximize student learning. The primary duty is to prepare and deliver in-class, hybrid, and/or online instruction to students. Strong personal leadership, organization, instruction, and communication skills are needed to meet program requirements and enable student success. Full-time faculty members are contracted to teach the equivalent of 30 credit hours per academic year (Fall and Spring terms). Full-time faculty are expected to be on campus a minimum of thirty (30) hoursper week including five (5) posted office hours per week.
