Job Description:

Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with our Long-Term Care clients in Oswego, NY to hire CNAs for their facility. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to help make a difference in their community! As a CNA in a long-term care facility, you will assist residents with daily activities like bathing and eating, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe environment, providing companionship and reporting any health changes to the nursing staff.   • Payrates range from $22.00-$23.00 per hour based on shift and location worked.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Active and in good standing CNA licensure in New York State
  • Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
  • One (1) year geriatric CNA experience preferred
  • COVID vaccine is required
  • Make independent decisions when appropriate
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients and families
  • Communicate effectively and constructively with the interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
