We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to help make a difference in their community! As a CNA in a long-term care facility, you will assist residents with daily activities like bathing and eating, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe environment, providing companionship and reporting any health changes to the nursing staff. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Active and in good standing CNA licensure in New York State
- Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year geriatric CNA experience preferred
- COVID vaccine is required
- Make independent decisions when appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients and families
- Communicate effectively and constructively with the interdisciplinary team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
