Aloha Staffing is a family-oriented entity that honors and serves healthcare professionals.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:* Helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene* Recording and reporting vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration* Assisting with patient transfers, mobility exercises, and aiding those with walking or movement difficulties* Adjusting bedding, pillows, and providing emotional support to ensure patient well-being* Noting and reporting changes in patients' physical or mental condition to the nursing staff, and documenting care provided* Setting up and maintaining basic medical equipment and assisting with devices like walkers or wheelchairs* Adhering to infection control procedures, including proper hand hygiene and following isolation precautions* Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake* Effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing updates and information as needed* Offering basic education to patients and families on care techniques and treatment plans* Implementing safety measures to prevent accidents, and responding to emergency situations appropriatelyQualifications:* Previous experience in nursing or similar medical fields* Familiarity with medical tools and equipment* Ability to build rapport with patients* Compassionate and caring demeanor* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
