Job Duties
- Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
- Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
- Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
Qualifications
- Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of PA upon hire.
- Have experience in the long-term care setting or the drive to work in a fast paced environment
- Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect
- Are patient team players with the ability to adapt to easily to change
- Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
- Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
